Virtual Coaching
Prefer the live connection but can’t make it to the studio? Virtual training brings the coaching experience to your home or gym. We’ll meet on video for guided sessions where I watch your form, coach you through every movement, and make real-time adjustments. You’ll still get the accountability and energy of a live session — without the commute. Perfect for those who want hands-on coaching but need the convenience of training from anywhere.

Pop-Up Classes
My pop-up classes are community-driven small group training sessions designed to bring the StrongHer Collective together. These themed events blend strength, sweat, and fun — think glute-focused “Peach Hour” sessions, "Hour Glass Back” upper body workouts, full-body sculpt classes, or seasonal birthday/holiday events. With small group sizes, you’ll still get individualized attention, but with the energy of training alongside other powerhouse women. Pop-ups are a great way to sample my style, break a sweat, and connect with like-minded women in NYC.
